解决办法：
缺包，安装一个包即可：
python3-pyxattr
+ {! `2 N  ~3 \8 y& E8 d下载这个包
https://centos.pkgs.org/9-stream ... el9.x86_64.rpm.html

安装包：
dnf install python3-pyxattr-0.7.2-4.el9.x86_64.rpm

或者直接使用：

再次安装
dnf install -y  openstack-glance  
即可正常安装。
